HICAPS (Health Industry Claims and Payments Service) lets you swipe your health fund card after your appointment, instantly processing your rebate. You only pay the gap (the difference between our fee and your rebate), so there’s no need to fill out rebate forms or wait for reimbursement.

 

How It Works

  1. Bring your health fund card: Just remember to bring your private health insurance card with you to your appointment.
  2. We process your claim: After your treatment, we’ll swipe your card through our HICAPS terminal.
